Role: Salesforce Product Owner Location: Raleigh, NC (Locals) Duration: Contract Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Product Owner to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Product Owner, you will be responsible for owning and driving the development and enhancement of our Salesforce platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization, along with excellent communication and project management skills. Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and IT to gather and prioritize requirements for Salesforce enhancements and customizations. Develop and maintain a product backlog, prioritize features, and create user stories and acceptance criteria for development sprints. Work closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate user training and adoption activities. Stay current with Salesforce best practices and new features and provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimizations. Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce, providing guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders. Proactively identify and address issues and risks related to Salesforce implementations and integrations. Champion Salesforce adoption and usage across the organization, driving continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Product Owner. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration options. Experience working with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex business processes and requirements. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is a plus. Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and/or Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and tools.
