Experience with SQL and developing or optimizing data queries. Experience with Business Intelligence (as defined in Attachment 2, Statement of Work) solutions and development techniques, concepts, and tools Experience designing data models that optimize the use of data assets for financial systems (conceptual, physical, logical, and dimensional). Experience with data mapping and transformation planning Experience communicating critical information to a diverse project team, leadership, and legislative representatives Experienced researching, identifying, and presenting alternatives and solutions to identified problems Experience developing technical specifications and documenting existing legacy systems Experience programming scripts and routines to extract, transform, and load data Experience configuring and utilizing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) software Experience proactively identifying project, application, or system risks and documenting and escalating them appropriately Experience proactively identifying project, application, or system risks and documenting and escalating them appropriately Preferred Experience: Experience with the FLAIR system and its subsystems. Experience working with legacy financial management systems in Florida or other states. Experience participating in a project where a state government underwent major organizational or technical transformation. Experience supporting data interchange and file transfers with state agencies, financial institutions, and the federal government. Experience with Managed File Transfer services and software. Experience developing technical standards and updating technical specifications Experience using WebFOCUS 7.7 or 8.2. Experience with ADABAS data management systems.
