Experience with Genero Business Development Language Proven experience providing Help Desk and directly customer support, if needed, including problem analysis, issue tracking, escalation and resolution. Superior troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little direct supervision. Extensive SQL and its practical uses in an IBM Informix or Oracle environments. Knowledge of the processes, practices and terminology of the following vertical areas: Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, etc. Unix and Linux experience. Coordinating with source teams, system administrators, incident management, change management, problem management and development team for production related changes or issues. Created SQL queries to access/update the database and generating reports for business. Automating routine manual jobs. ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS Develop and maintain a 4GL and Genero Desktop Client based applications. Provide support programmer for Retail Operations. Extensive troubleshooting and problem-solving. Work closely with the IT development team to support and enhance software and system architecture. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the ongoing augmentation of automation platforms and systems in effort to reduce processing times and improve overall efficiency.
