Utilize an engineering mindset to tackle problems creatively and efficiently, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable. Demonstrate quick learning agility by adapting to new technologies and methodologies as required by the project. Design, develop, and implement high-quality software applications tailored to the clients needs. Conduct extensive testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of applications. Advance knowledge of SQL and database systems, with a string ability to manipulate and analysed data. Good understanding of engineering skills includes version management software (Git), Continuous integration and Continuous deployment tools. Maintain and enhance existing software, incorporating new technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of the curve. Effectively translate and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Provide ongoing support, quickly resolving any issues and ensuring the clients satisfaction. Reasonable Insurance domain knowledge Other Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, with a strong foundation in software engineering principles. Proven track record as a software developer with expertise in Python and C#. Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS) and Cloud tech stack (AWS, Azure, GCP) is beneficial. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical team members and non-technical stakeholders.
