TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Marketing; Computer Science or related field. 5 + years proven experience designing and utilizing relational databases At least 3 years of industry experience and background with IT software tools and processes 5+ years' experience with ETL (Extract Transform and Load) tools; SDLC Lifecycle; and SQL Application programming concepts and techniques Responsibilities Responsible for the design; structure; content; and accuracy of the marketing analytics data mart. Knowledge of strategic marketing concepts; practices; and procedures. Knowledge of data management; data governance; data quality; data security; software development lifecycle; CRM platform governance; Customer Privacy Exceptional project management; relationship management and communication skills required. Must possess the ability to convey ideas articulately to internal and external customers; peers and management. Proficient in ETL Tools; SQL; and ability to learn applicable systems/ software quickly. Experience in data quality tools and processes. Knowledge of data base architecture concepts and models.
