(please submit candidates from 1 hour of Harrisburg, PA) visa-USC /GC Background Check: must pass PATCH test hybrid - 2 days a week onsite in South Central Overview: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Consultant with a strong background in administering and securing Microsoft's cloud-based productivity suite. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our organization's Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance. MUST HAVES: Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator or Consultant, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and security features. Practical experience with Microsoft's security and compliance tools, such as Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, and Microsoft Compliance Manager, Intune Knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI) and its integration with Microsoft 365. Familiarity with SharePoint Online administration and development (desirable). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate (desirable). Device Management Consulting background is desired Responsibilities: 1. Microsoft 365 Administration: Configure and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft 365 Groups. Configure and manage Implement and maintain user provisioning, licensing, and access management processes. Monitor system health, performance, and usage metrics, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical guidance. 2. Security and Compliance: Design and implement security policies and best practices for Microsoft 365, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Configure and maintain security features such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access Policies, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP). Monitor and respond to security incidents, leveraging Microsoft 365 security tools and incident response procedures. Conduct security audits and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Background in both Physical Device (mobile, others) and Cloud Security perspectives (MUST) 3. Power Platform Experience: (Optional) Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards to automate business processes and enhance data-driven decision-making. Provide training and support to end-users on the effective utilization of the Power Platform. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 and other business applications. 4. SharePoint Architect (Optional): Design and implement SharePoint Online sites, libraries, and content structures aligned with business requirements. Configure and manage SharePoint Online permissions, sharing, and governance policies. Develop and maintain SharePoint Online applications, workflows, and custom solutions as needed.
