Responsibilities: 8-10+ years of experience, atleast 2-3 years lead experience Participate in a Salesforce decoupling initiative. Establish a unified service layer for all Salesforce data reads, inserts, and updates originating from internal application API requests. Simplify maintenance by centralizing logic modifications and reducing the need for Salesforce-specific knowledge. Enhance security by restricting direct Salesforce access and securing PII data at the source. Implement versioning on read services to ensure data consistency for future references. Reduce dependency on Salesforce sandboxes, enabling the cancellation of two sandboxes for cost savings. Optimize storage by replicating only necessary data, thus reducing environment-level data storage. Standardize SOQL queries under a dedicated Salesforce team, providing a consistent service interface for development teams. Enable environment cloning without the need for Salesforce sandbox cloning, leveraging containerized services and abstraction layers. Skills: Java AWS Spring Ability to influence and communicate effectively with team members and business partners at a senior engineer level. Proficiency in Agile software development methodology, processes, and practice The client's environment has Java/Django - and they would like someone with Java/Spring. Required Experience: Consulting experience strongly preferred.
