The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of facilitating discovery sessions with business teams, possessing excellent documentation and communication skills, and experience in managing both offshore and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead discovery sessions to understand business requirements and identify solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. Design and document effective solutions, including CPQ configurations and custom Salesforce functionalities, to meet business needs. Facilitate design sessions with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Manage and coordinate with offshore and technical teams to implement solutions, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring a clear understanding of the proposed solutions. Qualifications: 7-10 years of experience in Business System Analysis, with a focus on Salesforce solution designing. Strong experience with Salesforce CPQ, including price and quoting processes. Demonstrated ability in conducting discovery and design sessions with business stakeholders. Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to non-technical audiences.
