Role
Description:

Collaborate with the
development teams to define and maintain the processes as well as process
assets (templates, checklists, procedures, etc).

Responsible for
maintaining the process assets up to date with the latest industry
standards.

Drive the process
compliance and ensure development teams are adhering to internal
standards.

Lead cross-functional
teams in contributing to the software development to define and maintain
the Software processes and standards.

Understand the process
landscape across various platforms and suggest improvement
recommendations.

Monitor current
processes and drive improvements/ corrections based on findings.

Analyze and identify the
process risks and define the process improvement needs.

Provide constant
reporting to Management on the results and risks associated with
assessment findings.

Support strategic
planning and roadmap with Software development teams for ASPICE Level 2
compliance.

Lead Process
Institutionalization

Establish and maintain
strong rapport and trust with development teams and other organization
stakeholder.

Performing integrated
ASPICE and functional safety assessments

Support strategic
planning and roadmap development for ASPICE Level 2

Monitor current
processes and drive improvements/ corrections based on findings

Essential Skills:

At least 4 years of
experience in Software Engineering.

Certified Provisional
ASPICE Assessor

Strong knowledge of
other software process models (
CMMI, ISO26262, ISO21434, TS16949).

Proved knowledge in
process modeling and process modeling tools (ex: Stages).

Thorough understanding
of quality tools (Root Cause Analysis, 8D etc).

Knowledge of programming
languages
C, C++,
MATLAB, Simulink, Python

Familiar with Classic
AUTOSAR
terminology,
MISRA
tools/compliance

Worked within an
Agile/auto scrum environment.

Ability to build and
maintain effective working relationships with project stakeholders.

Excellent verbal and
written communication skills communicating with technical, business and
executive teams.

Capacity for influencing
and convincing critical thinking

Desirable Skills:

Able to Provide training
programs on new processes as needed.

Working experience in
AUTOSAR based software development and validation project

Proficiency in
coordinating with HW, integration.

System and other cross
teams both offshore / on-site.
