Top Skills: To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of software quality testing of a large enterprise system. You should be highly organized, able to manage your time and priorities effectively. Able to demonstrate the ability to communicate with all types of people. You must have strong communication and relationship building skills to improve the quality of the product being delivered to the end users. To be considered for this position, you must have one of the following: Eight (8) years of work experience in software quality testing on an economic assistance eligibility system. High school diploma or GED and three (3) years of work experience in software quality testing on an economic assistance eligibility system. Bachelors degree and three (3) years of work experience in software quality testing on an enterprise level platform. Masters degree and two (2) years of work experience in software quality testing on an enterprise level platform. Experience/Preferred Skills Required: 8+ years of experience working on large scale, complex projects. 5+ years of economic assistance program industry in a role centered around test case creation, technical acumen and experience with multiple systems interfaces expertise. Extensive knowledge of operational business functions and the application of information systems. Proven ability to validate test data preparation and verify all teams are aligned with what needs to occur to build/prepare the business functional tests, regression, and end to end testing. Ability to create quality UAT testing strategies and manage UAT project activities across multiple teams or functional Business areas. Demonstrated strong cross-functional communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills. Ability to summarize UAT status, develop execution metrics and escalate issues as necessary to Management. Ability to play a support role within a team and to work independently. Outstanding communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills. Comfort and ability to thrive in an ambiguous, shifting, and fast paced work environment. Thanks and Regards.
