The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecting solutions within Azure Cloud with a proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-scale architectures. The role involves strategizing, innovating, and developing roadmaps to ensure our technology infrastructure aligns with the business objectives while optimizing efficiency and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain comprehensive roadmaps for the evolution of our technology landscape in alignment with business goals and industry best practices. Current State Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of the existing architecture, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations. Program Architecture: Architect solutions for various programs and initiatives, ensuring they adhere to architectural principles, standards, and guidelines. Strategy Formulation: Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate technology strategies that drive innovation, enhance competitiveness, and support business growth. Innovation Initiatives: Lead innovation initiatives by researching emerging technologies, assessing their applicability, and integrating them into the architecture where beneficial. Future State Planning: Develop and communicate a clear vision of the future state architecture, outlining the steps required to achieve it and the benefits it will bring to the organization. Management Engagement Models: Define and implement effective engagement models for managing relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions. Business Alignment: Ensure that all architecture decisions and initiatives are closely aligned with the strategic objectives of the business, contributing to its overall success. Requirements: Enterprise Architect Experience: demonstrated experience as an enterprise architect with a strong understanding of architectural principles, frameworks, and methodologies. Azure Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience working with Azure Cloud technologies, including but not limited to Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, Azure Active Directory, and Azure DevOps. Roadmap Development Skills: Proven ability to develop and execute technology roadmaps that support business objectives and drive organizational change. Program Architecture Experience: Hands-on experience architecting solutions for large-scale programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into technology solutions and vice versa. Experience in formulating technology strategies that drive innovation and business growth. Innovation mindset: strong passion for innovation with a demonstrated ability to leverage emerging technologies to create business value. Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
