ServiceNow TBM/SPM developer experience is a big plus. Any industry-relevant certification is desired. Must be comfortable working under pressure, prioritizing and balancing competing tasks. Experience with both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum environments is expected Previous experience supporting internal information technology department projects is a big plus Competence with the project management discipline is desired Familiarity with developing business case documents is an advantage Experience with use of Azure DevOps tool required.
