Previous experience in the Banking, Financial Services or Insurance preferred. Knowledgeable in Process Analysis and Design using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand. Experience in process mining and data models to facilitate sophisticated analysis of process data using tools like Celonis. Simulation experience where process changes are measured using constraints to reflect current state and future state process performance.
