In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft security architecture, including role-based access controls (RBAC), permission lists, and user profiles. Experience in designing and implementing security solutions for PeopleSoft Financials and HCM modules, including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Human Resources. Proficiency in configuring and administering PeopleSoft security features, such as row-level security, data masking, and segregation of duties (SoD). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex security issues and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate security concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Relevant certifications such as PeopleSoft Security Administrator Certified Expert (PSA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) preferred.
