Statement of Purpose Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) is requesting resumes for Senior HR and Payroll Techno-functional Business Analyst. BCPS intends to temporarily contract for four (4) qualified individuals for up to one year and at its discretion, may exercise a one[1]year extension option. Skill Set: Business Analyst. However, BCPS currently needs temporary personnel fitting the position title noted above with qualifications outlined below. Position Qualifications 1. 15 years demonstrated experience in Data conversion with mandatory CGI to Oracle cloud migrations. 2. Demonstrated hands on techno-functional experience on all HR and Payroll functionalities in CGI and Mapping legacy to Oracle Cloud environment. 3. Experience running reconciliation reports on extracted, transformed, and loaded data. 4. 15 years experience in SQL and ETL process. 5. Experience with JIRA is essential. 6. Proficient in HDL, FBDI and Oracle table structures with reverse mapping to CGI is essential. 7. Proficient in data mining, data structures, schemas, and applicable file structures. BCPS Requirements/Process This position will be fully remote and will require BCPS background check and fingerprint clearance as per contract CWA-122-23.
