Overview: Client is seeking a highly experienced SAP Tester with a focus on SAP FICO and strong leadership capabilities to join our team on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, with occasional travel as required by client Responsibilities: Oversee SAP testing initiatives, particularly in SAP FICO, along with integrations such as SAP MM. Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans in alignment with business requirements. Collaborate closely with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and document requirements, translating them into effective test scenarios and cases. Manage end-to-end testing processes, from script execution to defect management and closure, ensuring the integrity of business processes. Provide support and coordination to offshore teams and automation efforts, leveraging test management tools efficiently. Requirements: Minimum 12 years of overall SAP testing experience, with at least 8 years dedicated to SAP FICO. Proven track record in leadership roles within SAP testing, demonstrating strong test management skills and effective stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in SAP MM and experience with other relevant integrations. Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting abilities, essential for successful coordination and documentation.
