| From: anilj, RBC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: SAP PI/PO Functional Consultant Experience : 12+Years Location : Omaha - Onsite Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration) Functional Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP PI/PO solutions to integrate various systems and applications within our organization. They will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design integration solutions, and ensure seamless data exchange across systems. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements for various systems and applications. Design end-to-end integration solutions using SAP PI/PO, including interface mappings, message routing, and monitoring. Configure and implement SAP PI/PO components to facilitate seamless data exchange between SAP and non-SAP systems. Develop and maintain integration interfaces, including IDoc, RFC, SOAP, REST, and other protocols supported by SAP PI/PO. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of SAP PI/PO interfaces to ensure reliability and efficiency. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during the implementation of integration projects. Collaborate with SAP Basis and Infrastructure teams to ensure the availability and scalability of SAP PI/PO infrastructure. Document integration requirements, designs, configurations, and support procedures in compliance with organizational standards. Stay updated with SAP PI/PO product releases, patches, and best practices, and recommend improvements to existing processes. Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities related to SAP PI/PO projects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of [X] years of experience in SAP PI/PO implementation and support projects. Strong understanding of integration concepts and methodologies, including asynchronous and synchronous communication, message transformation, and data mapping. Proficiency in SAP PI/PO development tools, such as SAP Integration Builder, Enterprise Service Repository, and Integration Directory. Hands-on experience with integration adapters, including IDoc, RFC, SOAP, REST, JDBC, File, and Proxy adapters. Knowledge of SAP ABAP programming language and experience with custom development within SAP PI/PO. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. SAP certification in PI/PO or related areas is a plus. Willingness to travel for project assignments, as required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP API Management. Knowledge of SAP AIF (Application Interface Framework) for monitoring and managing interfaces. Familiarity with non-SAP integration technologies, such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or IBM Sterling.
