Proficiency in Manufacturing Cloud. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities Qualifications: 5 years of experience in Salesforce environment. Proficiency in Manufacturing Cloud. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional agile teams. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are a plus. Knowledge of Service Now and Jira a plus. Integration Support 3-5 years experience with IDMC and Apigee Key Responsibilities: Work with End users on issues logged Collaborate with developers and QA on troubleshooting issues. As time permits lighter configuration efforts, data loads, user profile clean up and management, develop reports, setting up queues for Case, Setting up new users in the platform. Perform data validation and verification in Salesforce databases and interfaces using SQL queries to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Integration resources will pick up requirements for Product deployments during Sprint Cycle as bandwidth permits.
