Position: AEM Assets/Sites Developer Work Locations: Bloomington, IL / Remote Duration: 12+ Months Contract Skills: AEM, AEM Assets, AEM sites, Full stack Technical/Functional Skills: Hands-on capabilities in the following: Adobe experience manager products AEM assets & Sites Familiarity in develop asset workflows Code deployment pipelines Creating bundles & packages for deployment. Should be familiar with adobe suite of product Java servlets, services and scheduler Schedule jobs to deliver reports Experience Required: Content Strategist Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with Adobe experience manager products such as AEM assets & AEM sites 4+ years of AEM/CQ5 experience with 3+ full cycle AEM projects and at least one plus year in Web experience. Develop components in AEM Develop templates & webpages using AEM sites Should have an understanding Apache sling, JCR and HTL Familiarity with asset insights configuration & reporting Should be very familiar with Java & web components development Experience in developing & deploying servlets to render content on websites Experience consuming web services (Restful) using Java APIs and tools, such as Spring Boot Experience in handing assets in Dynamic media scene 7 classic Should be able create presets & view sets for the assets in dynamic media Roles & Responsibilities: AEM developer Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Participate in the implementation of AEM including design, definition, and development of AEM content type models, workflows, templates, and components, and use permissions. Setup and configure AEM authoring, publish, and dispatcher environment with Adobe recommended best practices. Integrate AEM with other marketing products like Assets, Target, Campaign, and other internal endpoints. Adobe AEM Developer with strong Java/J2EE background in both front-end web design and AEM integration. Should be able to guide and lead developers to implement the AEM assets workflows and other technical capabilities Experience with Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, and DAM. Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks/libraries (jQuery, Grunt, Bootstrap etc.), and CSS preprocessing platforms (SASS). Should be able customize code and configure to enhance the capabilities Assets usages Generic Managerial Skills: Excellent written/verbal/presentation communication skills Excellent team player Consensus building skills Independent decision making and judgement Independently manage Stakeholder Meetings Detail-oriented The ability to effectively take direction and work both collaboratively and autonomously Strong editorial skills Thanks & Regards...
