Title: Systems Administrator Location: Tallahassee, FL Duration: Long Term Job Description 5. CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE The selected Contractor must possess the following qualifications and experience: 5.1 Three years of experience with command line tools such as Microsoft PowerShell and PowerShell scripting. 5.2 Seven years of experience working/supporting the development of Web-based applications in .Net, or Java or Intersystems Cache (CSP and/or Zen) 5.3 Seven years of experience using and managing SQL programming. 5.4 Seven years of experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting. 5.5 Seven years of experience with customer support. 5.6 Seven years of experience with enterprise class Windows Server system design and administration, including the proactive monitoring of system environments and problem resolution, user support, printing support, IIS support, certificate management, system application support, Operating System (OS) support, hardware/software system installation, configuration and maintenance. 5.7 Seven years of experience with business continuity and disaster recovery, planning, including the backup and restore of data, business continuity methods and policies, system high availability and disaster recovery strategy and testing. 5.8 Seven years of experience with configuration management, administration, and patching of servers, strong knowledge of the Intersystems Cache framework a plus. 5.9 Seven years of experience in IIS Web application server system administration, monitoring, trouble-shooting, and performance tuning. 5.10 Seven years of experience in applying knowledge of database management systems in the operations aspects of production database systems. 5.11 Two years of experience with cloud technologies including management and maintenance of a Azure and AWS Cloud based platform. 6. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES 6.1. SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified: 6.1.1 Perform Windows Server and Cache system administration, including system design, installation, configuration and management for enterprise class servers and services. To be completed in the timeframe specified by Department work tickets. 6.1.2 Perform proactive daily monitoring for high availability, system data protection, user account management, disk storage management, hardware and OS maintenance and application maintenance for all servers serviced by HMS. 6.1.3 Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve outages and problems reported by customers system administrators and support teams. To be completed in the timeframe specified by the Department work tickets. 6.1.4 Provide technical expertise, weekly, to assist with the development, deployment, maintenance and implementation of the HMS System including Intersystems Cache upgrades. 6.1.5 Prepare training documentation and conduct training of HMS System Administrators on server administration and best practices to ensure proper setup, security, monitoring, and disaster recovery of HMS systems. To be completed in the timeframe specified by the Department work tickets. 6.1.6 Provide documented details of all server administration work completed with resolution for all resolved tickets and assignments completed in the timeframe specified by management in work tickets. 6.1.7 DATA SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY TASK: The Contractor, its employees, subcontractors, and agents must comply at all times with all Department data security procedures and policies in the performance of this scope of work as specified in the Data Security and Confidentially document attached to the purchase order. 6.2. DELIVERABLES: Contractor will complete and submit the following deliverables to the Department in the time and manner specified: 6.2.1. Monthly: Provision of System Analyst services in the time and manner specified in Tasks 6.1.1 6.1.7. 7. REQUIREMENTS FOR RFQ RESPONSE Contractors must address each of the following in its response to this RFQ. Failure to provide all requested information may result in disqualification. The Department reserves the right to reject any response that does not properly address the above requirements, that fails to include the requested information, or that deviates from the requirements of this RFQ in any manner. With ALL candidate submittals, attach a quote on official letterhead, include the following information: name, State of Florida contract number, address, candidate name, hourly rate, etc. This is required. With ALL submittals, make sure EACH candidate resume has a skills matrix referencing their years of experience compared to the Required Experience section of the Scope of Work (SOW). This is required. With ALL candidate submittals, make sure each candidate has completed a current Resume Certification form and the information is authentic and complete. The candidate must sign and both witnesses to the signature must sign the document to be valid. This is required. If submitting more than one candidate for the RFQ, combine all documents into separate submittals for each candidate- Submittals should include: quote for each candidate, candidate resume, corresponding skills matrix, and the resume certification form.
