| Workday Project Manager(Healthcare must) Visa: USC/GC/GC-EAD only Location: Mostly Remote, potential travel to New Orleans, LA up to 50% MOI: Webcam Duration: 18 month Contract Specific: Healthcare experiences, Finance and Supply Chain Workday implementation Requirement: Our client, a large Healthcare Provider System, is in the process of implementing Workday. As an integral part of the PMO, you will be responsible for supporting teams by independently executing project management activities surrounding the implementation of the Workday product/modules. You will create and maintains project plans, develop and communicate status reports, manage issues and risks, and help to control project scope. In addition, they work with project teams and 3rd party vendors to maintain alignment and lead cost-benefit analysis efforts. Qualifications: Client-side Workday project management experience within a healthcare provider system Familiarity/understanding with FINs and SCM processes this is a non-negotiable Experience working with Jira and Confluence Excellent interpersonal, communications and organizational skills 10+ professional experience, ability to manage teams and communicate at executive level Responsibilities: Lead the client-side project management efforts for the deployment of Workday Financials (FIN) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions within Ochsner Health System, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, project teams, and external partners to develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines tailored to the specific needs of a healthcare provider system. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including executive leadership, department heads, end-users, and external consultants, to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction. Drive quality assurance and governance processes, establishing and enforcing project management standards, methodologies, and best practices to maintain consistency and quality throughout the implementation lifecycle. Provide expert guidance and support in change management strategies, including developing and executing change plans, training programs, and communication strategies to facilitate user adoption and ensure a smooth transition to Workday FIN and SCM solutions.
