The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in discrete manufacturing or distribution environments, with additional familiarity in Aerospace and Defense (A&D) being advantageous though not mandatory. Lead and oversee the Order to Cash (O2C) processes within SAP systems, particularly focusing on the Manage Sales Order (MSO) area. Manage the receipt of orders, ensuring the application of appropriate prices and discounts, inventory checks, and order fulfillment. Handle various order management tasks including order creation, modification, cancellation, and tracking. Conduct availability checks and manage backorder processing efficiently. Implement automated order receipt and verification processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Oversee sales quotation management to ensure timely and accurate quoting processes. Develop and manage processes for handling returns effectively. Implement and maintain a common workbench solution for specialized sales scenarios including Vending Machine Sales, Bin Sales, and Consignment Sales. Implement and support the standard SAP 3rd Party Drop Ship Solution to facilitate the Symphony process. Requirements: Extensive experience working with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module. In-depth understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) processes within SAP systems. Proven experience in managing sales order processes in a discrete manufacturing or distribution environment. Familiarity with Aerospace and Defense (A&D) industry processes is beneficial. Looking forward to work with you!
