Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the bachelors degree on a year-for-year basis. Four (4) years of experience can be substituted for a bachelor's degree. The substituted experience must be in addition to the required years of experience. Example: If the experience requirement is five (5) years, and the individual is substituting four (4) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree, a total of nine (9) years must be submitted to claim this qualification. MQ2: The Salesforce Business Analyst must have a minimum of three (3) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience within the last seven (7) years as a Salesforce Business Analyst on a Salesforce implementation project. MQ3: The Business Solutions Analyst must have a minimum of one (1) year of FTE experience as a Business Solutions Analyst on a Salesforce Public Sector Solutions implementation project. MQ4: The Salesforce Business Analyst must have a minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst for a Salesforce SaaS implementation, a project budget of at least $10 million, and a project duration of at least two (2) years in State or Local Government projects . MQ5: The Salesforce Business Analyst must have certification as a Salesforce Business Analyst. The bidder shall submit a copy of the Certified Business Analyst Professional with the proposal.
