Role: Technical Project Manager OR Delivery Manager with Java Job Location: NYC (hybrid) Involved in engineering practices to help build Java applications. Create Proof of concept for developing Java Applications for payments systems Hands-on experience in Java Development (Java 8/11, J2EE, JMS (Java Messaging Service), Spring boot, Microservices, AWS, Liaise with Functional Analyst to create design documents and develop solutions. Manage a team of designers, developers, and testers to deliver the outcome. Drives execution of an outcome from inception through successful delivery through the full stack of the development services, or an outcome that spans multiple teams and integrations across the enterprise. Looked at as the first point of contact for the technical teams. Responsibilities: Define and manage development scope, objectives, and outcomes. Develop and manage development plans, schedules, and budgets. Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure delivery and success. Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders. Track and report development progress, issues, and risks to senior management. Drive continuous improvement in development processes and practices. Collaborate with engineering to develop technical solutions that meet project requirements.
