Visa/EAD must be valid for 6 months. Details: Require skilled PM to assist with drive adoption of new IAM M&A department buildout Incumbent is required to facilitate the ownership and outcomes of assignments for acquisition integration Skills include resource planning, project planning, documenting meeting / minutes, etc. driving tasks to completion Education/ Experience: Bachelor degree in an IT-related discipline preferred PMP certification preferred 5+ years experience managing projects Merger & Acquisition experience preferred Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals. Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis Advanced proficiency with all MS Office applications, MS Project and/or Visio.
