John had a lot of good energy. The issue was when we asked about specific, credit-relevant subjects he didnt provide answers that showed an understanding of industry standard practices. He wandered through the answers. We are looking for someone who can provide clear guidance to the team in this implementation based on prior experience and learnings when implementing credit in S4/CFIN/HRC. Job Description: Looking for someone with not only the functional/technical expertise mentioned in the original request, but someone who also has executive presence, can build a relationship with the client, can facilitate large sessions and project manage the workstream. This is a lead position, so communication, management and planning/strategic thinking skills are very important. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Credit Management with experience on Oil & Gas projects Experience with SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Experience with either ETRMS or High Radius preferred but not required.
