Requirements: 4-7 years of project management experience in Software Development-type work implementing large/complex functionalities o Experienced working in Scrumban environment. Solid understanding of Project Management Framework and Scrum / Scaled Agile framework o SDLC Project Management delivery o Agile product delivery mindset o Scope/program backlog management o Schedule management: Ability to produce Program board with feature delivery, dependencies and milestones. Ability to manage flow of work using Program Kanban (tracking based on SDLC 7 phases) within each workstream. o Stakeholder management o Program risk management o Solid progress and metrics reporting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Effectively and eloquently communicate with senior leadership level as well as with technical teams. Strong collaboration skills working with cross-functional business and technical teams Strong ability to effectively hold other people accountable on delivering the work on time (persuasive/strong influencing skills) Strong business acumen PMP and/or SAFe certification. Desired: Extensive knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, methodologies, architecture and technical standards. Specifically, understanding concept of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Architecture and governance within an enterprise.
