Position is remote but candidates need to be local to travel for onsite meetings as needed. Visa: USC/GC/GC-EAD Job description:- Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience. A minimum of 2 years of experience with designing and implementing test plans, developing test scripts, performing testing, and authoring and delivering testing results and artifacts. Strong professional communication skills, both oral and written, as this role is client-facing. Able to track multiple test executions simultaneously and follow up on results. Experience creating standard operating procedures and metrics based on best practices. Experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing in accord with contract and project goals with the ability to work independently and in a team environment while handling multiple tasks and prioritization of workloads. Able to present and defend test results/findings to stakeholders of all levels internal and external. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of application development SDLC framework. Experience with Agile development principles and methodology. Experience with JIRA/Confluence. Function in role as business/requirements analyst to create and manage requirements when necessary. Ability to explain technical defects/issues/requirements in a way for business stakeholders can understand.
