Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document requirements for PLM processes and workflows. Define and implement Windchill configurations, customizations, and extensions to meet specific business needs. Provide technical expertise in the integration of Windchill with other enterprise systems (ERP, CAD, etc.). Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep the Windchill environment current and optimized. Conduct system performance analysis and implement optimizations as needed. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and best practices. Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to PLM and Windchill. Required Experience & Skills [ X] years of experience working with Windchill PLM, including design, implementation, and customization. Experienced in integrating and migrating on-premises systems to Google cloud. Experienced in designing and managing databases with a strong understanding of database concepts, troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis. Experienced in RDBMS like Oracle, MySQL and PostgreSQL Experienced in predicting and overseeing infrastructure/software upgrades. Exposure to various LLM technologies and solid understanding of Transformer Encoder Networks. Able to apply deep learning and generative modeling techniques to develop LLM solutions in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Utilize your extensive knowledge and expertise in machine learning (ML) with a focus on generative models, including but not limited to generative adversarial networks (GANs), variational autoencoders (VAEs), and transformer-based architectures. Solid understanding of Model development, model serving, training/re-training techniques in a data sparse environment.
