Length: 1+ years Key Skills: Clarity (CA) PPM Responsible for configuring and supporting Clarity PPM and partnering with business application users. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 3 years of experience with administrating CA PPM in the Classic version and Modern User Experience In depth knowledge of Project Management, Resource Management and Financial Management modules Experiences with CA PPM Portlet development and configuration Experience with gel-scripting. Designing and building Processes/Workflows in CA PPM Good understanding of the CA PPM data model Experiences with XML Open Gateway (XOG) Experience writing, presenting, and enforcing end user procedures/manuals. Excellent time management and ability to work remotely with team members across multiple time zones. Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for delivering clear, concise solutions to complex challenges. 2 years of Experience with Jaspersoft reports Preferred Background in Project Management or Finance Operations- Preferred Experience with integration and interfaces- Preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES: Configures and supports complex software application issues experienced by end users promptly and professionally. Serves as point of contact between IT and assigned functional business areas for routine application configuration improvement projects. Partners to diagnose and resolve complex software application issues escalated by other members of the software application team. Ensures that accurate and effective solutions are provided to end users and that end user support needs are met with a consistently high quality of service. Engages appropriate IT and business resources to resolve technical issues and support business processes while updating users on progress toward resolution. Acts as a coach and mentor for newer or less experienced team members. Performs IT-related activities for projects to support the company priorities within the Information Technology space. Identifies and recommends system modifications to reduce user issues. Conduct user acceptance testing for enhancements/modifications to the platform. Fully documents each issue and resolution using the incident tracking system. Apprises team, peers, and management of any new support issues in a clear and timely manner.
