| From: Shane, Abdisolutions [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description Job Title: Senior Oracle EBS Functional Consultant Location: Remote (Preferably EST with monthly travel to Trinidad & Tobago) Interview Rounds: 2 Start Date: April 15 or later Visa: USC/GC Summary:We are seeking a hands-on ERP Functional Consultant with deep expertise and practical experience in implementing Oracle EBS Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements regarding financial processes and effectively mapping them within Oracle EBS. In addition to Oracle EBS proficiency, the candidate should be open to expanding their knowledge to other ERP platforms such as SAP and Microsoft. Key Responsibilities: Engage in the hands-on delivery of Oracle EBS solutions. Participate in and support pre-sales activities, adding significant value to client interactions. Expand expertise to encompass other ERP principals like SAP and Microsoft. Analyze and document As-Is Processes, designing optimized To-Be Processes. Perform Design Validation, identifying areas for improvement. Suggest and implement enhancements to business processes. Develop Training Material and SOPs for Oracle EBS processes. Create Test Scripts and conduct testing of Oracle EBS functionality and configuration. Deliver training sessions to users on Oracle EBS. Qualifications: Professional qualification equivalent to Engineering or CA/CPA. Minimum of 12 years of functional consulting experience in ERP, with specific expertise in Oracle EBS. Hands-on involvement in at least 3 end-to-end ERP implementation projects. Strong understanding of integration between ERP modules. Preferred Qualifications: Extensive experience with Oracle EBS in Finance modules, P2P, O2C is critical. Excellent communication skills, crucial for engaging with customers in both pre-sales and project contexts. Solution-oriented mindset, focused on solving customer problems rather than simply implementing standard solutions. Experience in Oracle Implementation and Support. Holistic understanding of IT and ERP landscapes, enabling the provision of recommendations and roadmaps to customers for IT initiatives. Knowledge/Experience of other ERP systems would be a strong value add.
