Understanding of learning management processes, including curriculum management such as the basics of scheduling, enrollment, record keeping, training administration, competency tracking, reporting, etc. Experience in integrating PeopleSoft ELM with other systems such as HCM, FSM or third-party learning content providers using Integration Broker or other middleware tools. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues related to PeopleSoft ELM application, including performance tuning and troubleshooting integration problems. Ability to create user guides, training materials, and documentation for end-users and support staff. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide training and support to end-users. Commitment to staying updated with new features, functionalities, and best practices in PeopleSoft ELM, and identifying opportunities for system improvement and optimization.
