Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of Oracle applications. Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions within specified timelines and budget constraints. Stay current with Oracle Advanced Pricing and Order Management updates, patches, and new releases, and evaluate their potential impact on existing systems and processes.
