Minimum of 5 years of experience in business continuity and disaster recovery program development. Experience working in a government or public sector environment Strong understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery principles, methodologies, and best practices. Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-3 and FEMA's Comprehensive Preparedness Guide (CPG) 101. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
