Proficiency in Java development (not as a day to day thing it's not a java developer opening, but proficient in sense they understand it from having some hands-on Java in past) Experience with punchout from procurement systems such as Ariba, Oracle, and Coupa. Knowledge of CXML integration standards. Familiarity with web services integrations based on a pub/sub model.
