Role : Automation Test Architect Location: Des Moines, IO (Hybrid) Duration: Long term Skills Required Cucumber / QMetry Java (java coding experience) API (Application Program Interface) level testing using Rest Assured Selenium Web Driver Service Virtualization Exposure to Applitools, JIRA integration (plug-ins like Assert That BDD (Behavior Driven Development), Zephyr, X-ray), Karate framework Hands on experience on Optimization and performance improvement Familiar with shift left testing using test triangle pyramid. Experience with a scheduling and coverage reporting tool. Mortgage business domain knowledge will be good to have. 8+ years of experience in building automated solutions to cover UI frontend, middle tier, and backend interfaces and services. Skilled and Hands on leader in test automation with the ability to code, code review and lead by example. Be able to understand the challenges and produce innovative sustainable solutions. Proven expertise and success in designing and implementing robust test automation frameworks, driving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality software products and solutions for large size applications and projects. Strong communication skills with ability to articulate the proposed solution across multiple stakeholders. Be a good liaison between product, business, and technology. Should be able to influence and impact stakeholders. Leads the design and implementation of enterprise test automation frameworks, methodology and tool integration for all teams Provides automation expertise, training and coaching to team members Determines range and depth of activities required for developing or customizing complex test automation frameworks, researching, and onboarding automation tools for IT Deliver a robust automation framework built upon established and proven open source or commercial tools to support Agile/Scrum development, DevOps, and CI/CD .
