From: vishnu, Sibitalent [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello Hope you are doing well Role: Infrastructure Audit/Risk Assessment Support Location: Iselin NJ / New York 10020 (100% Onsite from Day 1) - Employment:-C2C OR W2 Job Description: Responsibilities: Audit/Risk Assessment Communicate with auditors to answer questions and provide clarification Review audit findings and provide feedback to management Participate in meetings with auditors and management to discuss audit results Assist with the preparation of documentation with Infrastructure teams to reduce audit issues Assist to conduct IT/cybersecurity risk assessments and documenting potential gaps Collaborate with Infrastructure teams to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of existing IT controls and make recommendations for improvements Work with Infrastructure teams to develop and implement risk mitigation controls Develop reports and dashboards in ServiceNow and Archer Develop and maintain some IT procedures and runbooks owned by Infrastructure Services Group if requested by management Qualification Requirements: Bachelors Degree Minimum 5 years of experiences in IT Risk or IT Audit Excellent writing skills in English Basic Excel skills, such as the following, but not limited to: How to filter columns How format cells/tables How to create pivot tables How to implement data validations how to create VLOOKUP formulas Certificate Holder of CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control) is preferable, but not required Past experiences to perform/manage operations in any component of IT infrastructures (PC, server, network, storages, etc.) or develop applications is preferable, but not required Work Requirement: The candidate has to respond promptly to any of texts and phone calls from his/her supervisor or any stakeholder he/she works with during the working hours in a designated time zone on weekdays. When the supervisor assigns a task within the scope of the job description, the candidate needs to acknowledge it, adds it to a teams task list, immediately starts looking at the task, asks the supervisor questions by phone calls and/or chats (if the supervisor is not available for a phone call) to understand the task and acceptance criteria, provides a timeline to complete it to get the supervisors agreement, and provides a daily report describing what he/she did in each day. If the supervisor already provides a timeline, the candidate follows the steps above and responds to the supervisor if he/she can deliver within the timeline. The candidate should provide any evidence of his/her work when the work is in progress if asked by the supervisor. The candidate has to constantly follow up with the supervisor or any stakeholder if he/she is waiting for a response and should actively track his/her work until the supervisor confirms a completion. The candidate needs to take notes whenever the supervisor teaches anything or gives instructions, and creates a manual in Word or Excel if the supervisor teaches any step.
