Position: AV Project Manager Location: Santa Clara, onsite Duration: Long Term Contract Visa: No H1B/CPT Interview: Video Job Description: Qualifications For Success The Vehicle Program team is responsible for working cross-functionally to ensure that project deliverables are met on-time, to budget and to a very high-quality standard. The purpose of this position will drive the reporting and keep all relevant project stakeholders of operational milestones as well as support all relevant operational processes. Work cross functionally to ensure delivery deadlines are met. Manage multiple projects and ensure priorities are aligned. Identify risks and develop risk mitigation plans. Track operational KPIs and report out to all relevant stakeholders. Coordinate with all relevant operational teams to ensures metrics are in line with project milestones. Lead internal document management system for project operational processes, ensure roles and responsibilities are known and understood by all stakeholders. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to scope, design, pilot, deploy and communicate process updates and improvements. Support program management and ad hock operations for the project from time to time as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, or other Technical Discipline Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills are a must, ability to create visualizations of KPIs and program risks Experienced with tools & processes required to manage complex projects (i.e. Gantt charts, risk matrix, Smartsheet, JIRA, etc.) Minimum 3 years of Project/Program Management experience required PMP required Required to drive a vehicle Physical requirements of this position: Working on a computer for long periods of time Ability to access inside/outside of vehicles and tight spaces Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Certifications (PMP, CAPM etc.) Engineering background is ideal but not required Experience coordinating across time zones is a plus AV/ Tech company background Knowing German is a plus Best Regards Md.
