Good work tenure. Long-term projects. Candidates with several 1 year or less projects will be screened out. Willing to travel into Dallas, TX for one week every 2months, at times possibly once a month if requested by manager. No international travel plans within 90 days. Comfortable with multi-step interview process. Need to have all the mention project are in USA Need 9-10 Years of Experience of USA along with No California consultant Overview : (Statement of Work Project - long term project) Type : Remote (Dallas/Ft. Worth area candidates highly preferred) Experience : Must have 8 - 10+ years of U.S.A work experience. Communication : Must have great communication skills to interact with leaders and other Southwest Airlines employees. Hours/Time Zone : Must be able to work 8am CST 5pm CST! Microsoft Teams Video Interview - Account Manager for Southwest Airlines 30 minutes 2.) Microsoft Teams Technical Video Interview - Technical Delivery Manager & Sr consultant 60 minutes 3.) Microsoft Teams Technical Video Interview SWA team Summary: This is a need in Dot Com dealing with Digital payments for the Chase App. Tech stack: Java/Microservices backend with front end React UI Technical aptitude and engagement is very important. Need former Java developer who has gone into BA role or a combination of BA/Product Owner. Must have front end UI Technical BA experience creating user stories as well as backend experience with APIs. Good at APIs working at the collection level with postman. If havent worked in the API call logs, then probably not strong enough. If the developer set up the collections in postman, then not strong enough. Required Skills: MUST be very strong technically. 10 plus years US based experience Good E-commerce enterprise level experience Front-End UI/UX user story experience Backend experience with API Testing: knowledge and use of Postman and/or Swagger (at collection and token level) Java development background Responsive Design application experience as a BA Agile Methodology REST Web Services User Story Creation Story Mapping Analysis Acceptance Criteria Definition Release Notes Basic SQL and Unix Excellent communication skills Personality and cultural fit are important! Plus Skills: Mobile experience highly desired Any prior experience with Digital payments is ideal Responsibilities: Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Staying up to date on IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Conducting meetings and demos. Performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members. Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures. Navigate clarifying requirements from the team and work with multiple dependency teams to make sure their work is understood and defined correctly. Prioritizing initiatives based on tech needs and requirements. Understand how work can be broken down and sequenced correctly. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Very proactive in understanding the technical dependencies and how work can flow through and progress even when some of the dependencies are not fully met.
