Minimum 7 years of US experience Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably in product management within an agile development environment. Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other agile project management software. Deep understanding of agile methodologies, user story creation, acceptance criteria, and definitions of done. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical and non-technical information to diverse audiences. Ability to lead, design, and facilitate multiple concurrent workshops and deliver effective presentations. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Effective negotiation and conflict management skills. Business analysis or agile certification (e.g., CBAP, PSM, or CSPO) preferred. Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus. Experience in the travel/airline industry or with Enterprise Applications (e.g., SAP, Ariba) is advantageous. Experience with Distributed Systems such as E-Commerce sites, Kiosks, Point of Sale (POS) Systems, and Mobile Devices is desirable. 3-5 years of experience defining acceptance criteria and partnering with business or product owners to ensure requirements are met and managed effectively.
