Title: Sr. Scrum Master Location: Atlanta, GA, 3-4 Days onsite. Hybrid Need Locals Only Job Description:             Serve as a senior-level Scrum Master, providing leadership and guidance to multiple cross-functional teams engaged in embedded software development projects.             Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.             Collaborate with Product Owners, Development Teams, and other stakeholders to refine and prioritize the product backlog. Requirements             Bachelors degree in computer science or Electronics, Engineering (B Tech), or MCA.             Over 10 years of total experience and at least 3-5 years as a Scrum Master             Exposure in embedded software development is nice to have.             Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is nice to have.             Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects in Agile environments.             Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.             Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
