| Job Title: SAP PP Location : Remote Job Description: The PP Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing complex business problems within manufacturing and manufacturing planning domains, and devising solutions utilizing SAP (ECC and S/4 HANA) and associated business applications. This role involves providing technical expertise in system evaluation, configuration, and development to optimize business performance while meeting user requirements. The incumbent will be involved in system configuration, testing, and specification creation to ensure alignment with business needs. Key Responsibilities: Analyze manufacturing and manufacturing planning processes to determine optimal utilization of SAP solutions. Design solutions for projects within manufacturing and manufacturing planning, considering integration requirements. Utilize strong SAP technical and configuration knowledge to configure the PP module according to project requirements. Implement Variant Configuration in Make-to-Order manufacturing scenarios. Translate user requirements into SAP system solutions and design system configurations, enhancements, and modifications. Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to define and design complex processes and procedures for SAP configuration, upgrades, and maintenance. Define requirements for specific forms and reports, and design test plans, execute test scenarios, and document test results. Assist in updating end-user documentation and coordinate end-user training as necessary. Demonstrate expertise in SAP PP modules, with detailed technical configuration knowledge. Knowledge of MM module is a plus. Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) integration and setup in SAP is preferred. Additional familiarity with procurement and supply chain processes is advantageous. Prior experience in an S/4 environment is preferred, including understanding differences from R/3 to S/4. Familiarity with working in an integrated SAP environment across multiple countries, company codes, and regions. Demonstrated understanding of database applications, system development, report writing, and SAP ERP best practices. Skills Required: Strong understanding of manufacturing and manufacturing planning processes and how SAP can support business objectives. Solution design experience in manufacturing and manufacturing planning domains, including integration considerations. Proficiency in SAP PP module configuration at project level. Knowledge of Variant Configuration in Make-to-Order manufacturing scenarios. Ability to translate user requirements into system solutions. Expertise in system configuration, testing, and documentation. Experience in end-user documentation and training coordination. Strong SAP technical configuration knowledge, with familiarity in SAP MM module. Preferred experience in PLM integration and setup in SAP. Familiarity with procurement and supply chain processes is beneficial. Prior experience in S/4 environment is advantageous.
