Preferred areas of expertise are Financial Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Supply chain planning. Relevant experience ranging from 4 to 8 years. Good Communication skills and should be able to work with minimum guidance. Well versed with any issue/defect management tool such as JIRA or equivalent. Strong understanding of data/integration both inbound and outbound with customer source systems. Should be Strong client facing skills. Ability to operate independently from the offshore location with minimal oversight and guidance. Involved in UAT testing and fixing issues. Advices Client and Develops Tech Spec, Complex technical architecture Diagrams and designs data Flow diagrams. Work with Team members and product owners to Understand, Analyze, Recommend, Plan, Design and Implement solutions to meet Usability, Performance, Quality and secured requirements. Team with customers to encourage business process improvements, to identify data integrity issues, and to implement proactive solutions. Proven ability to lead execute responsibilities simultaneously. Communicate effectively with clients and project team to ensure the requirements are being met and recommend better solutions wherever applicable during the course of the project. Desired Candidate Profile Possess sound technical knowledge on Lists, Modules, Data Hubs, New UX and ALM. Expert in Anaplan Space Optimization and Formula Tuning. Design, Develop and Deliver high quality reporting dashboards. Lead Production support issues based on severity and work with other teams to resolve them in a timely manner. Should have excellent problem solving and is able to work effectively in a less structured environment and manage time. Should be able to be coordinating with Onsite/Functional/Development teams Independently. Proficient data analytics and modelling skills.
