Proven experience (4+ years) as a Salesforce Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on Salesforce CRM implementations and enhancements. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
