The perfect candidate for this role will be someone who thrives in an ever-changing environment and has experience in HR Operations. This role will partner Employee Success (HR) Teams, Payroll, and IT to support process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: Administer employee data changes Process new hires and ensure set up for a successful onboarding experience Assist with the involuntary and voluntary separation process Oversee manager self-service transactions Assist employees with questions regarding their last day of employment Manage the global work authorization program including auditing for accuracy and compliance Maintain a high level of confidentiality in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations Work in close partnership with the Recruitment and payroll teams Conduct data audits of employee data in Workday Provide back-up support to other team members on daily tasks Support standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives Analyze and interpret employee/employment data Required Skills/Experience: Minimum of 2 years previous experience in human resources Previous experience with Workday or similar HRIS Proficiency in employee or customer experience through written and verbal communications Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines Must be well organized with keen attention to detail k ReplyReply allForward Attendee panel closed Keywords: active directory information technology |
