Electrical/Electronics Engineer Location :: Austin ,Texas On site Job Type :: W2 or C2C Job Description Requirements: Experience in defining detailed technical and qualification specifications from product requirements. Experience in Digital, Analog and DC-DC power convertor circuit design. Experience on working with ARM controllers Experience in component selection, assisting in layout design, BOM generation and design convergence with cross functional teams. Experience in working on Strain Gauge Sensor, Calibration and Testing Exposure to techniques of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and design for testability (DFT) techniques. Experience in Board Bring up, debugging, and root cause analysis. Experience in building testcases/test setup for functional, performance, environmental, regulatory and production testing. Product documentations. Hands on experience with Testing equipments and EDA tools Cadence (Pads Professional - Good to have). Strong experience in Embedded C programming. Experience Control firmware development in Arm Cortex-M33 / M23 / M4 / M7. Experience in working on Ultrasonic Transducers Experience in working on Acoustic signal processing and data communication Interface to sensor development Manage communication with external resources Strong experience in Bare Metal & RTOS environments preferably ThreadX for different RTOS (FreeRTOS, TheadX, C/OS or Cs/OS2) Strong Experience in low level drivers for the MCU peripherals like ADC, PWM, Timers, UART, I2C, SPI and CAN Strong Experience in low level drivers for EEPROM, OSPI/QSPI, File Systems etc. Strong Experience in using lab equipment (i.e Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, etc.) to test code functionality. Experience in Define, analyse and measure performance parameters. Experience in SDLC for product development. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Industry Experience in Oil & Gas and Industry Machine Parts is preferred Work under company lab Operations Wiring Harness Building & Validation, Soldering. Have knowledge of: electronics component (registers, capacitors. Ics etc). Have knowledge of BGA soldering Have experience in harness development and use of Harness development tools. Soldering, de-soldering, Module teardown, Small proto harness design, external lab testing support, Thermocouple mounting, Custom Proto circuit board component assembly. Connector sourcing and potting Work closely with engineers and technician such as lab & test operations, product validation teams etc. Should have experience in System level testing /Harness Build/ Validation. Basic knowledge of computer operation, windows operating system and Microsoft office. Basic knowledge of component validation and testing. Harness builds up and Troubleshooting support. Lab testing activity and setup. Tracking and ordering of consumables. Test data and test result share to requester. Assembly and tear down of test systems as per test requirement. Documentation and Electrical CAD or SolidWorks drawings.
