Must have performed Program Incremental (PI) Planning and also knows how to track budgets. Project E2E Regulatory for Gen AI. Needs Pharma or Life Sciences experience; Gen AI a plus. Must be able to go on site for PI planning. Strongly prefer So Cal candidates. Sr Scrum Master/Coach. Role is remote supporting PST. Must have experience managing two + teams, coaching, and PI Planning. Must have strong facilitating experience able to schedule remote WebEx meetings. Strong documentation skills and communication skills. Needs strong Sr Scrum Master / Coaching skills. Life science, pharma regulatory background highly preferred. Must Have Skills : CSM and SAFe Certification Must have facilitated and completed Program Incremental (PI) Planning, budgeting and reporting. Experience working with various Product Owners (PO) Execute, facilitate all the ceremonies, and keep everyone on the train. Jira Servant leader mindset - to share best practices Preferable experience working in a Lifesciences, pharma domain. Experience with working or understanding validation procedures and its timelines in a pharma regulatory organization. Soft Skills Work with a very broad set of stakeholders Standing up varying teams, to work with differing experiences Be able to provide a consistent ceremony, to share how things are going where things are not going .
