| Hi Team, We are having Urgent Opening for Business Analyst with Insurance Domain (Remote) Role: Business Analyst with Insurance Domain Location Remote Contract to Hire after 6month Detailed Job Description Objectives of the role: Provide guidance and insight to clients. Provide mentorship and expertise to consultants. Develop strong and durable client relationships based on trust and expertise. Work closely with salespeople to identify new opportunities and to help expand business relationships. Partner with project managers to develop delivery plans that are practical and achievable. Breakdown engagements into detailed activities for members of the engagement team, with an eye on efficiency. Manage utilization of assigned Consultants. Gather detailed requirements in order produce work estimates. Deliver higher value assignments such as Audits, Certification Training and Process Design. Manage project budgets and engagement run rates or work with Project manager. Manage project timelines or work with Project Manager to manage timelines. Participate as a member of the Life & Annuity Practice Management Team. Required Skills BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 10 years of experience in an Operational role at a Carrier or Distributor, or as a Sr. Consultant at a consulting firm; Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future; Solid experience in Wealth Management, Life Insurance and Annuities; The ability to assess a situation and independently take action to address it; Some experience with industry order entry platforms; Affirm, AN4, LifeSpeed, etc.; Comfortable using data transformation tools such as VTXML and/or XML Spy; Experience delivering client training; Expert understanding of operational processes within Life Insurance and Annuities from Carrier standpoint; Solid writing and presentation skills; Excellent organizational skills; Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to Roll-up your sleeves and assist team in meeting deliverables; A desire to mentor team members.
