| From: Priyanshi, Parin Technologies LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: System Engineer - Mid-Level Location: Jersey City, NJ or NC Duration: 6+ months Work Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite) As a Systems Engineer L2, will be responsible for the day-to-day management and support of the organization's IT systems. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the IT infrastructure. Responsibilities: 1. System Administration: Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, operating systems, and related hardware and software. Perform system upgrades and apply patches to ensure security and optimal performance. Proactive approach to problem-solving Event log analysis at regular interval for maintaining the integrity of servers Maintaining Active Directory services and DNS 2. Infrastructure Design and Implementation: Collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement IT infrastructure solutions. Assist in the deployment of new systems and technologies. 3. Security Management: Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data. Monitor for security breaches and respond to incidents. 4. Backup and Disaster Recovery: Monitor the scheduled backups Test and validate disaster recovery plans. 5. Documentation: Create and maintain system documentation, including configurations, processes, and procedures. 6. Collaboration and Support: Provide technical support to end-users and assist with issue resolution. Collaborate with other IT teams to address cross-functional issues. 7. Monitoring and Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks. Requirements: 1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Systems Engineer or similar role. 2. Technical Skills: Proficient in operating systems Windows Active Directory Services including DNS, DHCP Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware). Experience with system monitoring and management tools. Basic knowledge in Citrix Infrastructure 3. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. 4. Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 5.
