JOB DESCRIPTION: Senior SAP Lead consultant - SAP Service / Warranty Management Functional . Responsible for Analysis, design, configuration, implementation, support of SAP S/4HANA and enhancements. Help bridging technical & business functions, configuring SAP functional areas, overall planning, execution. Identify & document business requirements , map them to SAP to design the future state solution. Configure & prototype business solutions based on blueprint / business process definitions. SAP Warranty Claim Processing Process (hands-on) Testing: Creating test scenarios, cases, scripts, and executing unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Functional Support SAP/S4HANA - Service/Warranty Management Plan, organize, document, coordinate, and schedule work in the development of assigned tasks. Supervise the assignments of other team members. Assist with training activities and post implementation support. Stay abreast of current and future business policies, procedures, and workflows within the Business Unit that is supported. Develop / maintain financial process SOPs. MUST HAVE ** 15+ years ERP implementation experience - SAP Service/Warranty Functional lead / cross-functional MM, SD, PS, FICO exp. 7+ years of SAP end-to-end implementation experience in S D or MM modules as a functional lead analyst. Minimum of 5 full life cycle implementations of SAP Warranty Claim Processing Process. Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA. Experience leading end-to-end SAP implementation projects. Experienced working with Quality Teams, Sales Teams, Warehouse Teams, Logistics Teams, Supply Chain teams SAP S/4 HANA certification is preferred. Experienced in detailed requirements gathering and strong business process design skills. Strong U nit testing, integration testing, user training, and user acceptance testing along with post-production support. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills.
